Un tiers neutre, appel\u00e9 m\u00e9diateur, aide les parties en conflit \u00e0 communiquer, \u00e0 identifier les enjeux cl\u00e9s, \u00e0 explorer des compromis et \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier un accord mutuellement acceptable.<\/p><p>La m\u00e9diation constitue une alternative au contentieux formel et se caract\u00e9rise par plusieurs aspects distincts :<\/p><ul><li>Neutralit\u00e9 : le m\u00e9diateur ne prend pas parti, ne d\u00e9termine pas qui a raison ou tort et n\u2019impose pas de d\u00e9cision. Son r\u00f4le consiste uniquement \u00e0 faciliter le dialogue.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Contr\u00f4le : ce sont les parties participantes qui d\u00e9cident de l&rsquo;issue ; un accord n&rsquo;est
